Giving is an important part of Willowrose Organizating.
Micro-lending
5% of the profits go toward supporting micro-lending organizations such as Opportunity International. I love the idea of giving that keeps on giving. The money given to these organizations is lent out, paid pack and given out again and again. I also love the idea of supporting fellow entrepreneurs.
Charities & Willowrose Christmas Village
Willowrose hosts the annual Willowrose Christmas Village to raise money for charity. Last year that included Opportunity International as well as our local Activette's Christmas hamper program.
Recycling & Repurposing
Willowrose also provides opportunities for giving together with our clients. If you have items you no longer want, we will recycle them for you. Some items we repurpose, others we donate to charities in the area. Here are some items that would be considered:
- storage containers
- filing cabinets or file holders
- business books and courses
- office supplies that are still useable
- gifts and gadgets you no longer want
- etc
